The latest offering from our studio comes a level of quality and craftmanship not seen before, and is the result of 2 years of development and refinement. Every single piece in the principale bib short is proprietary to pedalare, 3 panel pattern, French woven fabric, chamois pad, bib braces and the hand applied silicone print. These need to be tried to believe  

 Limited seam for the best on bike fit 

At Pedalare, we believe that every detail matters. The pattern is cut as only 3 separate panels, allowing for the best fit when on the bike and limited the uneven seam pressure. The leg panels basically act as a set in sleeve. Laser cut hems are finished with internal silicon grip brand beautifully with pedalare and classic Seigaiha wave pattern. The Principale Bib Shorts offer a flawless fit that looks and feels tailor-made.

 Premium French Fabrics 

We have decided to work with the best stretch woven mill in the world to provide the fabric for the principale bib short. The beauty of woven fabrics is the ability to create true light weight fabrics that do not sacrifice coverage. Weighing in at only 160GSM, this fabric moves with you and breathes with you. The fabrics is highly compressive and piling resistant ensuring durability, breathability, and moisture-wicking properties, perfect in all conditions.

Composition: Polyamide 71% –  Elastane 29% 

Chamois Pad

Our very own Elastic interface pad is constructed with stitched technology for durablity, with high density120kgm3 inserts, using the finest quality foam. The pad is topped with the highly elastic ECO X-MIX fabric, made from recycled yarns while having REPOC construction (reduced points of contact), soft feel, quick-dry and cooling functions and Bacteriostatic 

Composition: Polyamide 57% – Polyester 27% – Elastane 16%

Elastic Braces

A soft and flexible brace system made from high quality Japan microfibre elastic. With great elastic memory and a special cross brace construction to reduce pressure on back, results an an almost unnoticed brace. An open back allows for extreme breathability, while utilizing the technology of jerseys for moisture transfer.
