1. Company Information
Pedalare is a trademark of Pedalare Ltd.
Registered address:
Pedalare Ltd
99a Garrett Road
Bayswater, Western Australia, 6053
Australia
2. Registration
You will need to register to be able to access some services on the Pedalare.cc website (our “site”). When you register your details online, you are required to make sure that this information is accurate, current and a true representation of your personal details. You are also responsible for maintaining your personal information via your online account as well as for keeping your password secret.
This Terms of Service together with all our policies and procedures will be governed by and construed in accordance with the relevant Australian law and the relevant courts of Australia will have exclusive jurisdiction.
Your personal data will be held in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
3. Ordering
Once your order is complete, you will be requested to provide personal and payment details. As part of the online transaction, we will perform a fraud credit check via our payment provider. By submitting a payment through the site, you are granting permission for us to carry out such checks as required.
Orders on the site are subject to the required stock availability. Items added to your basket on the site will not be reserved for you and are available for sale to other customers browsing the online store at the same time.
When you have finalised your order via the site, stock will be reserved for your purchase. However, sales will not be confirmed until the order dispatches from the warehouse, and payment is successfully taken.
Stock availability is determined by your delivery address, subject to stock availability at the warehouse in your locale. We are unable to offer customers stock from warehouses outside of their delivery-address service area.
4. Pricing
All site pricing will be shown in local currency where available and otherwise priced in Australian Dollars (AUD). Payments are currently accepted in the following currencies: British pounds (GBP), US dollars (USD), Canadian dollars (CAD), Euros (EUR), Swiss francs (CHF), Japanese yen (JPY), Norwegian kroner (NOK), Swedish kronor (SEK), Danish kroner (DKK) and New Taiwan dollars (TWD). Orders can only be placed in the currency relating to your shipping country, and we are unable to offer alternative currency pricing to any customer.
All Australian pricing is shown inclusive of tax.
These customers will pay the same price for the item as a customer placing an order for delivery to Australia. Other components of the total price at the checkout, including delivery charge, may vary for each customer.
Import duties and taxes may be applied by your local authority. It is a legal requirement that we declare the full transaction value of the contents of all packages. Local import duties and taxes are levied by the carrier on behalf of the local customs authority.
5. Duty Delivery Paid (DDP)
Pedalare does not offer DDP pricing outside of Australia.
6. Sale Pricing Adjustments
From time to time, Pedalare may offer discounted pricing on specific items as part of sales or promotions. Subject to the sentence below and our overall Terms & Conditions, as a gesture of goodwill, if you purchased an item at full price and it is reduced within 24 hours of your purchase, we may offer a voucher for the price difference. This policy applies only if:
-
The same item (including colour and size) is in stock at the time of your request,
-
The original item was purchased at full price (not already discounted),
-
The voucher is requested within 24 hours of the discount being applied.
Please note that this is a discretionary policy and is not required by Australian Consumer Law. Pedalare reserves the right to modify or withdraw this policy at any time.
Please note that we are not able to offer any refund or voucher if the same item (including colour/size) is not in stock at the specific delivery address warehouse, as seen on Pedalare.cc at the time of the request, or if the item was originally purchased at a discounted sale price, or if we have already provided a price match on the order.
6a. Ongoing Discounts & Promotions
10% Off Your First Order Promotion
Discount redeemable against online purchases at Pedalare.cc only. Code is valid for one transaction only and the offer cannot be applied retrospectively. Discount applies to selected full-price items and cannot be applied to bundles, items in the archive sale, events, seasonal promotions, limited editions, or gift vouchers. Code valid for new subscribers only. Code valid for 30 days from receipt.
7. Payment Order Acceptance
We accept the following payment types on our site:
- Visa
- Mastercard

- Shop Pay
- Paypal
- Gift vouchers and e-vouchers
Payments for all orders are taken on placement of order and are subject to fraud checks and checks by the card issuer.
By submitting your order on our site, you are confirming that the credit/debit card is yours or that you have authority from the cardholder to make the payment. We reserve the right to refuse payments orders for customers who are not 18 years of age or older.
We will process your payments securely via the Shopify payments system, and all payment details will be encrypted. All stored card details will be stored securely on Shopify's secure servers.
Your payment and order will only be deemed as final when final payment is taken on dispatch of your goods. We reserve the right to refuse any payments or cancel orders at our own discretion.
8. Gift Vouchers and E-vouchers
Gift vouchers and E-vouchers (“Vouchers”) cannot be bought using discount or promotional codes and cannot be purchased with another Voucher.
Vouchers can be redeemed to purchase Pedalare products only online, at Pedalare.cc
All vouchers are single use and are valid for twelve months. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount.
If an order value is greater than the value of the Voucher, the difference must be paid by credit/debit card or using Paypal or Shop Pay.
Vouchers must be redeemed within twelve months of purchase, and any unused balance will not be refunded or credited after such time.
Any balance credited from a part-redeemed Voucher must be used in the same currency as the first purchase it was redeemed with.
We are unable to replace vouchers if they are lost, stolen or damaged.
9. Returns & Exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it for an exchange or refund, provided it is within 30 days of receipt of your order and the item is as new and in the original packaging. All returns for orders over 30 days old must be sent back to Pedalare within one month of the refund or exchange request being made. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for returned items, which are not in saleable condition.
Faulty items will either be replaced, repaired or refunded following evaluation by the Pedalare Customer Services team. For the avoidance of doubt, faulty goods are classified as items that are received damaged or develop a manufacturing fault. Items damaged through general wear and tear are not classified as faulty. Faulty items can returned within twelve (12) months for a replacement or a repair. If this is not possible, we will offer a refund or credit voucher.
Returns are only accepted online for items purchased directly from Pedalare.cc
Products purchased as gifts can be refunded in full to the original purchaser; alternatively, we can provide a credit in the form of a voucher to the gift recipient. Pedalare is unable to refund postage on returned gift items.
Gift exchanges will show on the order history of the original purchaser. Please include a suitable delivery address for us to despatch exchanged products to.
To initiate a return, simply contact team@pedalare.cc
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If goods are faulty, not fit for purpose, or do not match their description, you are entitled to a remedy under the ACL.
10. Sale Items
All Sale Items can be returned for store credit to be used only for online purchases or exchanged for an alternative product. No refunds for sale items.
Credit given or exchange will be valued at the same purchase price you paid for your original order.
The purchaser is responsible for the cost associated with returning the goods to Pedalare and the costs associated for posting the exchanged or newly selected product to the purchaser unless the item is proven to be faulty.
11. Force Majeure
Pedalare shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms due to events beyond its reasonable control. This includes but is not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, strikes, government actions, transport disruptions, or failures of suppliers or service providers. In such cases, Pedalare will take reasonable steps to minimise any disruption to you.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Pedalare excludes all warranties, representations, and liability for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, or data, arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or products purchased.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. Our liability for a breach of a consumer guarantee is limited to the replacement of the product, repair, or refund, as provided under the ACL.
13. Shipping and Delivery
Pedalare aims to dispatch all orders promptly, typically within 3–5 business days of order confirmation. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and chosen delivery method. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs clearance processes.
Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. If you have not received your order within a reasonable time, please contact us at team@pedalare.cc.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. If a parcel is lost in transit, we will investigate with the carrier before issuing any replacement or refund.
14. Intellectual Property Rights
Usage of the Pedalare site grants you no rights to any copyright or intellectual property rights relating to the content of the site. All copyright is protected under national and international law.
Any site content can only be reproduced or distributed with express permission from Pedalare Ltd.
15. General
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation, and we will always notify you in writing if this happens, but this will not affect your rights or our obligations under these terms. This arrangement is between you and PEDALARE PTY LTD. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms. Each of the paragraphs of these terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect. If we fail to insist that you perform any of your obligations under these terms, or if we do not enforce our rights against you, or if we delay in doing so, that will not mean that we have waived our rights against you and will not mean that you do not have to comply with those obligations. If we do waive a default by you, we will only do so in writing, and that will not mean that we will automatically waive any later default by you. These terms are governed by Australian law and courts. Both you and PEDALARE PTY LTD agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
16. Changes
Any changes we may make to these Terms Conditions in the future will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified to you by e-mail. Please check back frequently to see any updates or changes to these Terms Conditions.
