Domestic Shipping

Free shipping applies for all orders above $250 within Australia.

Delivery time is approximately 4-8 business days within Australia, all orders are dispatched out of Perth, Australia.

International Shipping

Flat shipping rate of $20 AU on all international orders.

Delivery time varies depending on the location.

If you would like international courier shipping please contact us and we can arrange to do so at the buyers expense.

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it for an exchange or refund, provided it is within 30 days of receipt of your order and the item is as new and in the original packaging. All returns for orders over 30 days old must be sent back to Pedalare within one month of the refund or exchange request being made. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for returned items, which are not in saleable condition.

Faulty items will either be replaced, repaired or refunded following evaluation by the Pedalare Customer Services team. For the avoidance of doubt, faulty goods are classified as items that are received damaged or develop a manufacturing fault. Items damaged through general wear and tear are not classified as faulty. Faulty items can returned within twelve (12) months for a replacement or a repair. If this is not possible, we will offer a refund or credit voucher.

Returns are only accepted online for items purchased directly from Pedalare.cc

Products purchased as gifts can be refunded in full to the original purchaser; alternatively we can provide a credit in the form of a voucher to the gift recipient. Pedalare is unable to refund postage on returned gift items.

Gift exchanges will show on the order history of the original purchaser. Please include a suitable delivery address for us to despatch exchanged products to.

Sale Items

All Sale Items can be returned for store credit to be used only for online purchases or exchanged for an alternative product. No refunds for sale items.

Credit given or exchange will be valued at the same purchase price you paid for your original order.

The purchaser is responsible for the cost associated with returning the goods to Pedalare and the costs associated for posting the exchanged or newly selected product to the purchaser.

We want to ensure you are happy with the product and size you’ve bought. If you would like to make an exchange on your purchase please feel free to contact us and we can let you know how we can go about an exchange.Please note that we cannot guarantee that exchange items will be available at the time your order is processed; in this case a refund will be issued for the items returned.
